I have various custom programming options, and as you can see, most of my programs run in 4-week blocks. Here are some things that are included:

Initial Assessment Process

Training/Workouts – Based on goals; usually 3-5 sessions per week

Corrective/Recovery work as needed


Coaching on technical aspects of lifts

Unlimited email support (I will do my best to respond within 24 hours)

What you need to know:

I focus on fundamental training methods (squats, deadlifts, etc)

Once purchased, expect an email from me where we will begin the assessment
